The House Brasserie Launches Summer Breeze Prix Fixe Menu Available AUG. 11 through SEPT. 30

It’s hot outside, but The House Brasserie is cooling things off with the launch of its new Summer Breeze prix fixe menu. Every Tuesday through Thursday beginning Tuesday, Aug. 11, guests can enjoy a delicious prix fixe menu for just $55 per person.

Every two weeks for the duration of the special, a different menu will be introduced. Each menu includes two courses and a wine pairing with the entrée. The first Summer Breeze menu, which is available beginning Tuesday, Aug. 11, includes:

First Course:

Arugula and Shaved Parmesan Salad with candied pecans and lemon vinaigrette

Main Course, choice of one:

Steak au Poivre and Frite featuring peppercorn-crusted petite filet mignon, shallots, cream and cognac paired with Caymus California Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackened Salmon Beurre Blanc with shallots, champagne vinegar, white wine, cream, asparagus and charred tomatoes paired with Vermentino

The Summer Breeze menu is available Tuesdays through Thursdays until the end of September.

A chef or representative from The House Brasserie is available for news story interviews and television segments during which they can prepare and showcase dishes from this menu for visual presentation and display as they discuss the impetus for the Summer Breeze menu launch.
