New Monthly Specials at Chula Seafood Locations Available OCT. 1

October is almost here and that means Chula Seafood is rolling out new monthly specials, unique to all four Arizona locations including the debut of monthly specials at Chula’s newest location at the Arizona Center. The following specials are available at their respective locations beginning Thursday, Oct.:

Chula Uptown (Phoenix)
Risotto del Mar — Arborio rice cooked in a creamy tomato sauce of capers, roasted peppers and olives, garnished with white-wine-steamed mussels, sauteed calamari, crispy calamari and herbed pistou, and served with grilled Noble country bread. $29

Jimmy Not John’s Italian Sub Sandwich — Cold smoked and seared rare fennel-rubbed albacore thinly sliced and stacked on a Noble hoagie roll with Calabrian-spiced giardiniera, pepperoni aioli, shredded lettuce, red onion, tomato and provolone cheese. Served with kettle chips. $24

Chula Grayhawk (North Scottsdale)
Choripán — House-made swordfish and pork sausage seasoned with smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic and nutmeg then grilled, nestled on a Noble baguette with arugula and chimichurri, and accompanied by seasonal squash with salsa criolla. $24

Chula Downtown at the Arizona Center (Phoenix)
Swordfish Schnitzel — Just in time for Oktoberfest, this popular Uptown classic is headed downtown! This special features a thinly pounded swordfish cutlet, breaded and sauteed golden brown then served with house-made spaetzle, Jager sauce and cider-braised red cabbage. $25
