Uchi Scottsdale

We're excited to invite you to a very special dinner celebrating the national launch of Better Together, our collaboration sake with Brooklyn Kura. Our relationship with Brooklyn Kura has grown over many years, so creating a sake together felt like a natural next step. Last fall, members of our culinary and beverage teams traveled to New York to spend two days brewing alongside the Brooklyn Kura team. From steaming rice to working with koji and watching the fermentation come to life, they were part of every step of the process. The result is Better Together, a sake inspired by partnership, hospitality, and sharing great meals.
Chef Blake Luecke has created a menu featuring a few Uchi favorites along with several dishes made just for this evening, each paired with Better Together and a selection of other exceptional Brooklyn Kura sakes.
We're also thrilled to welcome Alex Bemis from Mutual Trading Company. Alex is a Certified Sake Advisor who has spent more than a decade sharing his passion for sake and helping people discover the stories, traditions, and craftsmanship behind every bottle. His depth of knowledge and passion for the craft make him an incredible guide for an evening like this.
