• Chicanos Por La Causa expands housing counseling with $25,000 U.S. Bank Foundation grant (abc15.com) — Tolleson residents may benefit from expanded homeownership counseling after Chicanos Por La Causa received a $25,000 U.S. Bank Foundation grant to grow its services in Arizona and Nevada. Counselors help renters, first-time buyers, and struggling homeowners with budgeting, credit, and navigating assistance programs. A free housing resource event is planned November 14 at South Mountain Community College in Phoenix.
