Entrepreneurs Open First Graze Craze Charcuterie Shop in Tucson Area

The 1,050-square-foot store, located in the Cortaro Plaza shopping center, is owned by husband-and-wife franchise partners Jamin and Sarai Solomon. The couple brings extensive experience in hospitality, customer service, and community engagement to their new venture.

“We’re proud to bring the Tucson area its first Graze Craze,” said Jamin, a U.S. Air Force veteran with years of experience managing customer-focused operations. “Charcuterie is fun, and Graze Craze takes it to another level with fresh, high-quality ingredients assembled in-house. We both have a passion for hospitality and making people feel valued, and we’re excited to ‘wow’ customers with food that makes every gathering memorable.”

Delicious Solutions for Events, Catering, and Everyday Celebrations

Graze Craze’s signature boards are created by trained Grazologists®, combining premium Boar’s Head® meats and cheeses with fresh fruits, vegetables, house-made dips, and sweet treats. Each board is thoughtfully designed for flavor, balance, and visual appeal. Available in multiple sizes and made fresh to order, the offerings also include gluten-free options, ideal for office catering, parties, and special events.

Customers can choose from a variety of options, including:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more – the best way to sample a little of everything.

• The Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
• Sweet & Grazey:A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

Out of all of Graze Craze’s selections, Jamin’s preference is the Gone Grazey Board, while Sarai recommends the Wine Pairing Board. “The Gone Grazey Board offers so many different flavor combinations,” Sarai said. “It includes all your favorite meats, cheeses, and veggies, finishing with a sweet bite of Bedré chocolate. The Wine Pairing Board takes it even further with thoughtfully selected wine pairings for each item.”

Both Arizona natives, Sarai and Jamin are deeply connected to their community. Sarai spent nearly 10 years in mortgage lending before transitioning into early childhood development and special education. She has also partnered with her mother in a photography business specializing in weddings and events. In addition to 10+ years in the U.S. Air Force, Jamin brings extensive operational leadership experience from his career in customer-facing industries.

The couple supports several nonprofit organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Hands of Hope Pregnancy Center, and Make A Wish® Arizona. They are also active members of the Marana and Oro Valley Chambers of Commerce.
