• Hot Springs Elks lend support to Arkadelphia Human Development Center (hotsr.com) — Hot Springs Elks members will come to Arkadelphia on Oct. 30 to host a picnic for clients and staff at the Arkadelphia Human Development Center, continuing years of support for Arkansas' five centers. Their help has funded everything from walking trails to recreation rooms, and this fall's picnic is the latest effort focused directly on Arkadelphia residents with developmental disabilities.
