Court records detail earlier domestic violence allegations, a protective order, and upcoming hearings in Benton County that residents may see play out in local courts and news coverage.
   

2. Name of STEM-focused university coming to former Walmart Home Office campus revealed (nwahomepage.com) — Bentonville is set to gain a new STEM-focused university, the Bentonville Institute of Technology, on the former Walmart Home Office campus. Leaders hope to attract national experts, keep graduates in Northwest Arkansas, and welcome the first full class in August 2029, with pilot courses starting as early as next January.
   

3. Marlon Blackwell Architects's structure for PORCH will be rebuilt at Crystal Bridges in late 2027 (archpaper.com) — Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville plans to reconstruct Marlon Blackwell Architects' PORCH pavilion on its forested grounds in late 2027, adding a new public gathering spot along its trail system. The structure, originally built for the Venice Architecture Biennale, is now in storage in Arkansas awaiting its permanent installation for local visitors to enjoy.
   

4. Saints remain unbeaten with 42-15 victory over Tigers (4029tv.com) — Bentonville football fans saw the Tigers' unbeaten run end with a 42-15 loss to Shiloh Christian in a much-anticipated 7A-West matchup. Costly turnovers, including a fumble returned for a touchdown and a key interception, helped the Saints build an early lead they never surrendered against Bentonville's offense.
