• 2 Cabot Teachers Honored at Arkansas Governor's Mansion (arkansasradio.com) — Two Cabot Public School District teachers have been singled out statewide, earning recognition at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion and selection for the 2026–2027 Arkansas Excellence in Teaching Fellowship. Southside Elementary’s library media specialist Sara Carr and Magness Creek Elementary’s fourth-grade math teacher Allison Heffington will represent Cabot in a select group of 30 Arkansas educators receiving professional development, leadership opportunities, and a stipend.
