• Pamala Ann Mitchell (Cates), age 70 (anaturalstatefuneralservice.com) — A longtime England native, born and raised in England has passed away at age 70, leaving family and friends across central Arkansas grieving. Loved for her strong faith, love of fishing, and care for others, she later lived in Carlisle, Ward, and Cabot, where she continued gathering her children and grandchildren for cherished family time.
