• NBA Player Brandon Clarke Dies at 29 (frontofficesports.com) — Residents should know that an Arkansas court case tied to NBA player Brandon Clarke was set for a hearing at the St. Francis County District Court in Forrest City this Friday. Clarke, a Memphis Grizzlies forward, died Monday in Los Angeles at age 29, and authorities there are investigating the circumstances of his death while his Arkansas charges remain unresolved.
