• Arisa Health to close clinics, end crisis services across Arkansas after contract decision (thewynneprogress.com) — Mental health services for inmates at the Poinsett County Detention Center in Harrisburg are expected to shrink after Arisa Health decided not to renew its state contract and will close clinics and end crisis services in 41 counties. Local jail staff receive some mental health training, but officials say it cannot replace the professional care many incarcerated people currently rely on, with changes taking effect after June 30.
