Residents now need both their account number and PIN to use the new BS&A system, and those with recurring card payments must re-enroll, as the city emphasizes stronger security and offers phone help for account access.

ā€¢ Search continues for missing Hot Springs woman last seen June 9 (katv.com) ā€” Law enforcement is asking Hot Springs-area residents to help locate 72-year-old Sherry Wages, who has been missing since June 9 and usually stays in close contact with her family. The Garland County Sheriffā€™s Office says she may now be in the Atlanta area and urges anyone with information to call 501-622-3660.
