• Village SCAT gets new vehicle (hsvvoice.com) — A Malvern-based regional nonprofit’s affiliate, Village SCAT, has added a brand-new Chevrolet Equinox to its five-vehicle fleet serving Hot Springs Village residents. The volunteer-run service offers affordable weekday rides to medical appointments, shopping, social outings, and the McAuley Center, including one vehicle equipped for wheelchairs. Riders must reserve at least a day ahead, and long-term recurring trips are welcome.
