Harmon Valor Fund set to assist military-affiliated ATU students (katv.com) ā Military-affiliated Arkansas Tech students in Russellville now have a new financial safety net through the Major General William E. Harmon Valor Fund, which is open for private donations. The fund, tied to ATUās Office of Veteran Services, will help cover living costs, emergencies, academic supplies, and professional expenses for eligible service members, veterans, and dependents currently or recently enrolled.
