• Yellville woman ordered to remove buildings from property, can't live there until home built (ktlo.com) — A Yellville resident has been ordered by a circuit judge to remove multiple storage buildings from her North Wickersham property by July 1 and cannot live there until a code-compliant home with proper utilities is built. City officials say the buildings violate Yellville’s R-1 zoning and building codes, and a permanent injunction now blocks any residential use until all ordinances are met.
