More IDs Made In California Boat Fire: Safety Concerns Raised
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office released the second official list of names of the California boat fire.

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, CA — As official positive identifications are made on some of the 34 people killed on the boat fire in California, safety concerns are emerging over the lack of a roaming night watchman, someone who is required to stay awake throughout the night and alert crew members and passengers in the case of a fire or other emergency situation.
The lack of a night watchman has raised questions over the crew's safety training overall, as investigators will look into the matter in the coming days.
The second set of official names of some of the victims of the 33 passengers and one crew member on the boat have also been released to the public on Tuesday, Sept. 10, as the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office announced.
