When is the city and police going to do something about the bicycle lanes near the intersection of Kanan Rd. and Thousand Oaks Blvd. being used as a third lane for traffic? Some cars even enter the bike lane from Hillside all the way down to the intersection. Remember that the ones you hurt could be your own family or friends.
