Agoura Hills Seeks Sponsors/ Volunteers/ Parade Entries/ Olympians for Reyes Adobe Days

The City of Agoura Hills is now accepting applications for volunteers, parade entrants and sponsors to be part of the 13th Annual Reyes Adobe Days (RAD), coming this fall, October 12 – 15, 2017. Businesses, organizations, groups, and individuals are all invited to participate in the community event, highlighting the very best of local culture, past and present. Sponsor and volunteer support helps provide the free cultural activities and entertainment enjoyed by over 15,000 attendees during the four-day festival.

In celebration of Los Angeles hosting the 2028 Olympics, this year’s RAD parade will be Olympian themed and the city is seeking former Olympic athletes to come join the mile-long procession. Other entries accepted are floats, classic cars, and entertainment acts that will help kick-off the Day at the Adobe free family festival on October 14.

Volunteers are also needed to help plan and produce the four-day festival’s cultural entertainment, music, historical demonstrations, activities and recreation for all ages. Service organizations, church groups, youth groups, teens, and individuals who sign up will receive recognition and community service credits. Volunteer projects begin September 10 and run through the festival weekend with assignments and times given on a first come basis. Sign up at reyesadobedays.org/volunteers.

Agoura Dental Group is returning from last year to serve as title sponsor for 2017. There are several level of sponsorship opportunities for any size business or organization to help support the event.
