Belmont Village Calabasas Tops Out – Major Construction Milestone Achieved

Belmont Village Senior Living reached a construction milestone with the “topping out” of its twenty-seventh community located at 24141 Ventura Blvd. in Calabasas. Contractor W.E. O’Neil has completed the concrete structure of the three-story building with the final roof placement. The 105,872-square-foot Mediterranean style property is scheduled to open in March, 2018 with 140 residences featuring one-bedroom and studio apartments for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh architects designed the building that features a professionally managed fitness center, heated saltwater pool, full service salon. The landscape architect Pacific Coast Land Design will design exterior courtyards with outdoor dining patios and gardens.

Founded in 1997 Belmont Village is an integrated developer, owner and operator of high end seniors housing. The Calabasas community will be the company’s seventh in Greater LA and is closest in proximity to Belmont Village Thousand Oaks.
