Blog: The Perfect Brunch for Mother's Day is Not the Most Expensive
Haven't made reservations yet for Mother's Day brunch? Not to worry! Join Boy Scout Troop 127 for their 50th.

Haven’t made a restaurant reservation yet for Mother’s Day? Are you looking for a nice, inexpensive way to treat the mothers in your life to a memorable meal? Then join Boy Scout Troop 127 at beautiful Malibou Lake Lodge for a very special brunch. Sit either inside the elegant banquet room or outside on the expansive porch, overlooking the serene lake. No reservations needed. For only $5 per person, you will be treated to a delicious meal of pancakes, eggs, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea, milk, and orange juice. And it’s all-you-can-eat. What a deal!
In addition, each ticket has a chance to win one of many door prizes, donated by local merchants (merchandise and gift cards). You do not have to be present to win.
This is the 50th year the breakfast has been organized by mothers in Troop and run by the fathers and boys. Money raised every year from this event funds summer camp scholarships and equipment needed for many events, including 25 overnight outings each year. Many boys have benefited, and continue to benefit from scouting due to the generosity of our community and the dedication of many parents.
