After spending so much money on the new interchange, it takes longer to get to the 101-S due to poor design / scheduling of the traffic lights.
The red left turn arrow should be eliminated as we are sitting in idle such a long time while there is no traffic NB on Reyes Adobe and the visibility is excellent.
