Well, the weekend is almost here and I have some awesome plans - Skiing in St. Anton, Austria. Since this will be the first snow outing of the season I am super excited. Only a couple more hours until our flight departs from Naples!Before I leave I wanted to share an image i am particularly fond of. Last weekend a friend and I had the opportunity to hike Mount Vesuvius from bottom to top. There is a tourist route which involves driving halfway up the volcano, but we opted for the footpath, 9 KM round trip. It is hard to beleive that one can find so much beauty in the center of such a booming metropolis. The foot path we took twisted and turned all the way up, leading us through lush forest and beautiful scenery to witness a wonderful sunrise.
