The Collection at RiverPark begins School Rewards program for 2015-2016 school year

The Collection at RiverPark will launch its second annual School Rewards program on Sept. 1.

The School Rewards program is a fun and easy way for local schools to earn gift cards to The Collection, which can be used to purchase electronics, school supplies, student incentives, sporting/recreational equipment and other items needed for students.

While shopping at The Collection from September 1, 2015, through April 30, 2016, customers will show their original receipts to staff at Guest Services, located in the lobby of building 2751 Park View Court. Receipts are logged, stamped and returned to the customer on the sport. Schools earn 5 points for each dollar spent at any of the participating stores, restaurants and services. To help increase participation, schools are encouraged to collect receipts at school and submit them for points. Based on the total accumulated points earned from each school will earn gift cards valued from $250 to $3,000.

Local schools participating in this year’s program include: Chavez Elementary, Curren School, Driffill Elementary, Emilie Ritchen Elementary, Hueneme Elementary, Kamala Elementary, Lemonwood Elementary, McAuliffe Elementary, McKinna Elementary, Our Lady of Guadalupe Parrish School, Rio Del Mar Elementary, Rio Del Norte Elementary, Rio Real Elementary, Santa Clara Elementary, Sierra Linda Elementary, Soria Elementary, St. John’s Lutheran School, St. Mary Magdalen School and Sunkist Elementary.

Since 1992, Shopping Partnership through its School Rewards program has worked with nearly 90 shopping centers throughout the United States. The School Rewards programs have generated over $4.2 million in donations to more than 1,900 schools nationwide.
