"Cycle-Delic" Spin Class, April 1 at Miller YMCA

The Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park is holding its first “Cycle-Delic” spin class—complete with music, black lights and neon—Friday, April 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. The class is open to the public.
Spinning is a low impact cardio exercise designed for beginners and experts. The cost for the class is $5 for YMCA members and $10 for nonmembers.
