Dear Orange County, Santa Clarita, and Santa Monica Refugees

What did your Real Estate Broker Tell You?

Dear Orange County, Santa Clarita, and Santa Monica refugees;

When you were shopping for your home in Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, and Westlake Village were you consistently reassured by your real estate broker that the City of Thousand Oaks was protected from rapid, high-density development?

Think again.
On Tuesday, October 24th 6:00 p.m. Thousand Oaks City Council will be deciding how to "re-interpret" Measure E, our city's "protection" against rapid over development enacted in 1996. City council cannot respond if they cannot hear you. Show up and use your voice. Protect your investment in our community and the quality of life you paid a premium to enjoy. EVERY voice counts.
