Students design, build, and operate Remotely Operated Vehicles to collect data in coastal environments and ocean

Dr. Sean Anderson presents how his Aerial and Aquatic Robotic Research Group (AARR) at CSUCI uses affordable and miniaturized electronics, small batteries, 3D printing, and open source development to build Remotely Operated Vehicles. Students now design, build, operate, and collect data in coastal environments, farmland and the ocean using these tools. Learn how this technology is leading Los Angeles to a more sustainable future.
