Sankta Lucia is one of CLU’s oldest traditions. The University observes this festival with music, lighting of candles and readings to mark the life of the saint. Undergraduate students choose a Sankta Lucia court which exemplifies the qualities of peacemaking, strength of character and compassion – attributes of the saint herself.
