Our artistic partner, Steinway and Sons is sponsoring a showing of a film chronicling the making of one of their concert grand pianos: 'Note By Note: The Making of Steinway L1037" at our recital hall.
Kevin Turan, film critic for the LA Times wrote: "Gorgeously composed and photographed.capable of inducing spiritual/physical rapture." He wasn't exaggerating, it is spectacular.
There is no charge for this event, and the general manager of Steinway and Sons in Southern California, Gavin English, will be your host. Light refreshments will be served.
