Internationally-acclaimed pianist Anton Kuerti is guest soloist, performing Beethoven’s Concerto No. 4 in G Major for Piano & Orchestra.  The program will also include Brahms’ Symphony No. 1 in C Minor. Distinguished guest conductor Andreas Delfs will lead the orchestra in his New West Symphony debut.

Performances will also take place on Friday, May 11 at 8:00 p.m. at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center, and on Sunday, May 13 at 4:00 p.m. at Barnum Hall in Santa Monica. The New West Symphony is a professional orchestra serving audiences throughout Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles.

Student Rush tickets are available for only $10 to high school and college students with valid student ID, 30 minutes prior to the concert at the respective box offices.  The Symphony's Front Row Club offers families with children ages 6-14 the opportunity to experience the concert right up front near the stage and receive a backstage tour during intermission, all at special discount prices.  Reservations must be made in advance by calling 805-435-2776.  See you at the Symphony!
