Barnes & Noble Thousand Oaks will welcome costumed characters from the Cabrillo Music Theatre’s upcoming production of the hit Broadway musical comedy Once Upon A Mattress to our morning Storytime on Saturday, March 31 at 10:30 AM.
Opening April 20 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Once Upon a Mattress turns the classic fairy tale The Princess and the Pea into a laugh riot, as the evil Queen Aggravain schemes to keep her son Prince Dauntless the Drab from marrying the rather, um, unconventional Princess Winnifred. The Once Upon a Mattress cast will be appearing at the Barnes & Noble Storytime in support of a fundraising Bookfair for the theatre.
