This sale is located in a private home. Use caution when walking around. Some parts of the house are not easily handicap accessible. Sterling Estate Sales & Consignments will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the estate sale premises. You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty. We will only hold items for up to two hours and a non refundable deposit is required. All items sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone upon discretion. No oversized bags or back packs permitted. No children or strollers allowed under discretion. Estate sale staff will not available for heavy lifting or loading of furniture. Delivery is available for a fee.
No checks, but all major credit cards are accepted.
