University Symphony - Mother’s Day Pops Concert

A special feature of the University Symphony’s Mother’s Day Pops Concert will be the rarely heard suite from Erich Korngold’s score to the film “The Adventures of Robin Hood” starring Errol Flynn. Also included will be selections from Richard Rodgers’ “South Pacific” with several student soloists. Daniel Geeting conducts. The concert will be performed on the outdoor concert stand at the beautiful Thousand Oaks landmark Gardens of the World.

Admission is free. For more information, call the Music Department at (805) 493-3306 or visit www.callutheran.edu/music. Gardens of the World is located on Thousand Oaks Boulevard across from the Civic Arts Plaza. In case of rain, the concert will be held on campus in Samuelson Chapel.
