First Bank Adds New Senior Vice President In Southern California

Mike Arcari has joined First Bank as a Senior Vice President, Regional Manager for the Central Coast/San Fernando Valley Region. His office will be located at First Bank’s Westlake Village location (2797 Agoura).

Arcari, who has more than 13 years of banking and financial experience, will manage a region comprised of 11 branches.

He has a business management degree from Chico State University, Chico.

Arcari lives in Thousand Oaks, California.
