Hugo's Opens in Agoura
With its healthy menu, extensive tea list and zen-like setting, Hugo's in Agoura offers something for everyone.
Hugo’s has finally opened in Agoura, and I’m so excited. I have been going to their other locations in West Hollywood and Studio City for years.
Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with founding partner Tom Kaplan, who has been visiting Agoura Hills since he was a child.
“It has taken several years to be here, and it's a personal dream of mine since I love the area so much,” said Kaplan. “We are excited to bring healthy cooking to the area."

Hugo's is opened for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week. "We treat out breakfast the way most restaurants treat their dinner," he said.
The décor of the new eatery is serene and zen-like. There is also a quaint gallery area of charcoal art created by Terry Kaplan, Tom's father.

In the kitchen, we met with Chef Nabor Prado, who cooked up the restaurant’s renowned Pasta Mama just for Scene on Agoura. So sit back, relax and enjoy a tour of Hugo's, located at the .
