Indian Food Cooking Class

Indian Food Cooking Class will be held on Thursday, February 11 from 6-8 p.m. at the Agoura Hills Event and Recreation Center..

Class Menu: A traditional favorite Shammi Kabobs: These pan fried kabobs can be made ahead and frozen in an air tight container or a zip-lock plastic bag and are ready to enjoy in minutes. A great recipe option for busy families, Self freeze fresh without any preservatives or added ingredients. Flavorful nutritious and delicious!



Paneer Massala: This home version uses only fresh herbs, mild spices and ginger for seasoning! Appetizing and flavorful with no cream added!
