
On November 5, voters will head to the polls to elect three new members to the Las Virgenes School Board. With increasing educational demands and shrinking budgets squeezing our district from both ends, the challenges that lie ahead will require leaders willing to advance new ideas and deliver on bold policy approaches.
As an educator, father of two young daughters and local businessman, I am running for the school board to ensure that our children have every resource necessary to succeed in an increasingly competitive world.
To provide our children the educational foundation necessary for success, our new Board must prioritize four key challenges:
