LightGabler Attorney Jonathan Fraser Light To Speak At 2016 California HR Conference

Employment law attorney Jonathan Fraser Light, managing attorney at the Camarillo law firm LightGabler, will be a featured speaker at the 2016 California HR Conference in Long Beach. Light will speak on “Leave of Absence Strategies: How to Deal With–And Not Get Sued By–Your Employees” from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 31. He will discuss over 30 scenarios involving employee leaves of absence drawn from real life business experiences. The presentation will also address the application of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and related state laws as they interact with other state and federal leave laws.

The conference is produced by the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and runs from August 29-31.
