PBY Foundation Jr. Ambassadors Leadership Development

Local teen directed organization, Powered by Youth Foundation, Inc. is launching a new program titled “Junior Ambassadors Leadership Development.” This creative and interactive program provides children in middle school the opportunity to get involved in a number of activities such as assisting in creating PBY services, helping with special events, engaging in “pay it forward” concepts, and participating in team building activities. On Saturday June 15 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, there will be an inaugural meeting for those who wish to get involved. The meeting will be held at the PBY headquarters, located at 2815 Townsgate Road suite 150, Westlake Village, CA 91361 . We encourage anyone who may be interested to attend. “Junior Ambassadors is a great way for kids to build self-esteem and confidence before entering high school. Everyone here at PBY is excited to work with our future Junior Ambassadors!” so says Bridget Devaney, Director of the program. The PBY Foundation teens that create and execute each event, work hard to ensure that supporting positive family development remains a key component in creating the objectives and desired outcomes in all of its programming. It is the hope of the Foundation that through the work of dedicated Teens, a new movement will begin to take place that helps facilitate better relationships within Families and contributes to a healthier and more cohesive Community. If you would like to become involved, or know of a child who could benefit from interacting in this type of environment, please contact PBY at bridgetd@pbyfoundation.org or by phone at (866) 729-0211 ext. 708.
