Local teen directed organization Powered By Youth Foundation,
Inc. (PBY) is launching a new program titled Project H.O.P.E. The acronym
“H.O.P.E.” stands for Helping Other
People Everyday. Combined with local community partners and a grant
from the Ventura County Community Foundation (VCCF), PBY is able to provide
services ranging from dinners at local restaurants, gifts of support and bill
pay assistance to community members in need. If you would like to nominate a
member of your community to receive H.O.P.E. services, please contact Josh
