AGOURA HILLS, CA — Beautiful scenery, a classic holiday movie, an old-school drive-in theater and, if you're lucky, a great date. What better way to celebrate the holiday season?

The Santa Monica Mountains Fund and Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a drive-in screening of "Love Actually" Saturday in Paramount Park.

Gates will open at 2903 Cornell Road at 3:30 p.m. but the programming won't begin until 5 p.m. The event will feature a walking tour of Paramount Ranch, snacks, a raffle and light shopping, according to the Conejo Valley chamber's website.

The event costs $35 per car. The proceeds will benefit the Paramount Project, which will rebuild and restore Paramount Ranch.

Paramount Ranch is a film industry historic site; it was established in the 1920's and has been the production site for many movies. It was a community staple up until it was significantly damaged in the 2018 Woolsey Fire, according to the Conejo chamber's website.

The restoration is expected to cost the Santa Monica Mountains Fund $12 million dollars, and the federal government will offer match donations one-to-one up to $500,000, given the U.S. National Park Service will be involved in the restoration.
