Badminton Training for 7 to 14 Years Old Winter Session

This class provides instructions on strokes, footwork and game play at the beginners level. Students also participate in stretching, fitness, eye-hand-foot coordination activities essential in building a strong athletic foundation for higher level play. Class will be held at the Piedmont Middle School Morrison Gym beginning 1/13/2017 to 3/10/2017 on every Friday once a week 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
