ALAMEDA, CA — If you enjoy birding in Alameda, you will likely be delighted by Joel Bernstein's photos. He told Patch in an email, "I took these photos of a Belted Kingfisher in the Bay Farm lagoons during a rare lull in our recent deluge. I feel that the bird may have been pushed here by the storm activity."
