Breathing workshop at Leela Yoga

 Are you interested in knowing more about breathing techniques? Pranayama (breathing practice) is a powerful way to influence the way we feel, and can be done in a short amount of time!  We will discuss why pranayama is so useful for people who are managing a busy life/work schedule, and how it can be done in the privacy of your office, car, home, or really anywhere at all!! We will discuss and practice breathing techniques useful for stress management, hot flashes, increasing mental focus, and improving sleep.  Open to students of all levels and backgrounds. $30 early registration, $40 week of workshop.
