Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that induces conscious deep relaxation, systematically releasing physical, emotional, and mental tension.
This calming evening class begins with a candlelit slow-flow, with an invitation to move with your breath through gentle asanas to soften the day's edges... leading to an intentionally guided Nidra journey, inviting profound rest while remaining awake and aware.
This offering is designed to help you sleep, so put on what helps you feel cozy, feel free to bring your favorite blanket or use one of ours as we wind down into our well deserved rest.
