Come on Sunday, June 7th at 6 PM, to enjoy a relaxing event with Carla’s calming nature and great sound healing expertise. It will be a time to just be - on the ground and with all props that you might need to make it this evening a very relaxing experience.
Clear your mind and tune into your body with a restorative Sound Healing. Let yourself be fully immersed in the healing sounds of crystal bowls. The crystal bowls provide a space for healing through their sounds and vibrations. The frequencies in which they resonate shift the energy and can be felt in the air and in our bodies. Allow the resonant tones to reset your center, regulate your nervous system, and realign you to the present.
With the crystal bowls, elemental chimes, and an ocean wave drum, your body and mind will find balance, grounding, and a deep sense of inner peace.
