Yoga and Self-Myofascial Release make a beautiful pair.

Fascia is an intelligent and fascinating connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, and organ in the body. It isn't made up of separate pieces, it's one continuous web, almost like a three-dimensional jumpsuit woven throughout your entire body.

With the demands of everyday life, these tissues can become dehydrated, restricted, and "stuck" over time. Self-myofascial release uses massage balls (and other tools) to gently rehydrate and mobilize the fascia, helping it glide and slide more freely.

People often find it reduces pain and inflammation while improving circulation, mobility, and ease of movement.

In this workshop, we'll combine self-myofascial release with yoga postures and breathwork so you can not only feel these changes in real time, but also support the nervous system in integrating them. This combination helps create the ideal conditions for neural plasticity, making it easier for your body to hold onto the positive changes for longer.

It's a fascinating area of study that I'm excited to share with you! My hope is that you'll leave feeling empowered and inspired to integrate this work into your life.
