Join us for an educational, hands-on workshop designed to help you better understand sciatica and what you can do about it. We will discuss what causes sciatic nerve irritation, common factors that can contribute to symptoms, and why simply stretching or resting may not always be the answer.

You will learn practical movements and strategies to help reduce irritation, improve mobility, and build confidence in how you manage your symptoms. We’ll also cover common mistakes that can make sciatica worse and how to modify everyday activities when needed.

You will leave with a better understanding of your pain, practical tools you can use at home, and a personalized approach to help you move more comfortably and confidently. Also, a PDF file will be sent to you with the exercises performed during the event.
