Welcome the Winter Solstice on 12/21/26 with a nourishing candlelit Yin Yoga and Acupuncture experience, enhanced by a restorative Sound Bath.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), winter is governed by the Water element, associated with the Kidney and Bladder meridians, which support vitality, resilience, and the body's deepest reserves of energy.
This is the season of stillness, rest, and replenishment, when nature turns inward to conserve and restore. Gentle Yin postures will target these meridians, encouraging deep release in the connective tissues, hips, and lower back, while acupuncture supports warmth, circulation, and the body's natural capacity to rest, restore, and build strength. This is a powerful time to slow down, reflect, set intentions, and align with the season of quiet renewal.
As the session unfolds, a healing Sound Bath will further calm the nervous system, synchronize brainwaves, and deepen the therapeutic effects of both Yin Yoga and acupuncture. The combination helps reduce stress, improve sleep, support digestion, and boost immune function, key foundations for resilient winter health. Together, these practices create a holistic reset for body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and deeply restored as you move through the season with clarity, balance, and steady vitality.
You will go home with acupuncture ear seeds for you to continue the healing and balancing process after the event.
