Child Porn: Lengthy Prison Term For East Bay Man
He had more than 100,000 child pornography images and videos, according to the FBI and prosecutors.
An East Bay man who possessed more than 100,000 child pornography images and videos was sentenced in San Francisco last month to 10 years in prison, federal authorities said Friday.
Devon Davey Hudson, 56, pleaded guilty in February, admitting that he possessed images of child pornography, according to a release from U.S. Attorney David L. Anderson and FBI Special Agent in Charge John F. Bennett.
According to court filings, Hudson had more than 100,000 images and videos of child pornography, some depicting physical acts of sexual abuse of children.

Hudson, who also goes by the name Davey Wayne Hudson, is a resident of Alameda County.
The sentence was handed down Friday by U.S. District Judge Jon S. Tigar.

In addition to the prison term, Tigar also sentenced Hudson to a 10-year period of supervised release and ordered him to pay restitution to one victim in the amount of $1,000.
The prosecution resulted from an investigation by the FBI in partnership with the Oakland Police Department.
