Cooper's Hawk Is Ready For Al Fresco Dining: Photos Of The Day
What better place to look for a meal than a backyard dining chair?
ALAMEDA, CA —Steve Gorman took this wonderful photo of a Cooper's Hawk. Steve said that it is a regular visitor to his backyard, hunting for rodents and small birds. He said that Cooper's Hawks can be 1.2 - 1.7 feet tall, with a wingspan of 2 - 3 feet.
